Second Art Session
Homeward Bound Brooklyn Park hosted the second art session of the “Communicating through Art” program. Funding was made possible through a Target grant. The art session focused on paint rollers and stencils, to make art making accessible for all. The instructor once again saw some amazing creations! The next session will be Tuesday, January 8 from 6:45 – 7:45 pm.
The grant received from Target was a Community Engagement grant, which means that a large piece of the funding is how the art is shared with the community. This a wonderful opportunity for Homeward Bound individuals to showcase their talents! More information will be announced next year on when and where art may be displayed. More photos!
