Live Animal Show
In April, the Animal Ambassadors paid a visit to Homeward Bound at our Brooklyn Park location! Animal Ambassadors is a live animal show that features two naturalists, Jil Ocel and Marthe Herbert. They educate about small, exotic animals like birds, reptiles, and mammals in a very entertaining and fun way! The program included hands-on learning, if people choose to do so, and a question and answer session.
Homeward Bound was ecstatic to see a ferret, Norman the parrot, a vinegaroon or whip-tail scorpion, a hooded chameleon, Wallace the hedgehog and Cavey Crocket, a cavy from Patagonia.
