Current living opportunity in one of Homeward Bound's CAC waiver homes.
Homeward Bound currently has an opening in one of our Community Alternative Care (CAC) waiver homes. This opening is for a medically fragile individual who is in need of high level nursing support and is financially supported by the CAC waiver.
This home is licensed to serve four individuals. There are two males and one female who live in this home. The home has 24 hour nursing services and is handicap accessible with private bedrooms.
The home has a van which is used to transport individuals to medical appointments and community outings
